CHERI’S CREDENTIALS INCLUDE MORE THAN 20 YEARS IN RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE SALES AND BROKERAGE, with almost $2 billion in sales generated personally or directly under her supervision. 

She served as the launching Broker and President for one of Atlanta’s most unique boutique real estate brokerage firms, prior to that she consulted with builders and developers through her firm, which focused on reintroducing existing communities into the marketplace.  

Prior to that she served eight years as a Senior Vice President and Managing Broker and five years as a top producing agent for one of the most respected real estate firms in Atlanta.  Before relocating to Atlanta she was consistently one of the top three agents in her firm in Winter Park, Florida.  Her vast experience in nearly every facet of the residential brokerage business makes her a formidable negotiator and advocate for all of her clients.

Certifications and Designations

Cheri is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Atlanta Board of REALTORS.  She holds the prestigious CRB designation from the Realtors National Sales & Marketing Council and is a candidate for the MIRM designation from the National Association of Home Builders.  Her upbeat, fast-paced training and coaching has produced some of Atlanta’s top agents over the last ten years, and due to her expertise, Mrs. Riley has been selected to judge a variety of builder/developer sales and marketing competitions.

She has served on the Board of Rhodes Hall, which is the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation’s headquarters in Atlanta.  She has also served as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of the Morse Museum of American Art in Winter Park, Florida, and was Secretary of the Women’s Council of REALTORS for the Atlanta Board of REALTORS.  She has also served as a Corporate Board Member for the Horseshoe Bend Country Club, The Advisory Boards of Atlanta Woman Magazine and currently serves on the Advisory Board for First Multiple Listing Service in Atlanta and Today’s Custom Home Magazine and is a frequent contributor to real estate publications in Atlanta.
